Hello Jessica, I like how you explained in detail this app. I've never used Microsoft teams in the past but I can see it being useful in a field such as Criminal Justice, and even in my field of Computer Science. I have said this on other peoples smackdowns as well that being connected is so important for jobs and people. This is one of those apps that will allow that connection to occur and prosper.
